Dr. Nice’s Natural Products – Shipping Policy (USA)

1. Free Standard Shipping (USA)

• All orders shipping to addresses within the United States qualify for free standard shipping—no minimum purchase required.

• Standard shipping typically takes 3–4 business days, depending on destination and carrier capacity.

2. Order Processing

• Orders are processed and shipped from San Diego, California Dr. Nice's Natural Products.

• Processing begins within 0-1 business days of placing your order (excluding weekends and U.S. holidays).

• If you place an order on a weekend or holiday, it will be processed on the next business day.

3. Tracking Your Order

• Once your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number.

• You can monitor delivery status directly with the carrier through this tracking information.

4. Shipping Methods

• We primarily use reputable domestic carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) for standard shipping.

• If you'd like to upgrade to expedited shipping (such as 2-day or overnight), additional charges apply.

5. Exceptions & Limitations

• Free shipping applies only to delivery addresses within the U.S. Mainland.

• Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and military addresses (APO/FPO) may require additional shipping charges or longer delivery times. Please contact Customer Support at orders@drniceproducts.com for a shipping quote.
  

6. Order Modifications & Cancellations

• You may modify or cancel your order within 6 hours of placement.

• After processing begins or the order has shipped, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

7. Returns & Refunds

• If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return within 60 days for a full refund (excluding original shipping charges) Dr. Nice's Natural Products.

• Contact returns@drniceproducts.com to initiate a return. Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item Dr. Nice's Natural Products.
